Supporting Your Family
Practical guidance for navigating the challenges that come with raising youth today.
My child is struggling — how do I get support?
Please reach out to the ministry team directly through our contact page. We can connect you with pastoral support and, where appropriate, point you to professional resources in the Lynn community.
What should I do if my child is dealing with substance use?
You are not alone. Start with an open, non-judgmental conversation at home. For local support, consider reaching out to the Lynn Community Health Center or SAMHSA's National Helpline (1-800-662-4357), which is free, confidential, and available 24/7. Our ministry team is also here to walk alongside your family.
Are there community resources for families in need?
Yes. The Lynn Food Pantry (lynn-foodpantry.org) serves families in our community regularly. Additional resources for housing, health, and family support can be found through the City of Lynn's social services department. We will continue adding local links here as we grow this page.
How can I stay connected with what's happening in the youth ministry?
This page is your home base. Check back for updates in the Community section above, and follow the ministry on social media through the links on our main site. You can also reach out to us directly — we want to keep you in the loop.
